Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Most pieces travel by trusted express courier; larger or heavier carpets may go by specialist freight. Once you inquire about a piece, we'll confirm the best method and a delivery estimate for your country.
Packing
Each rug is cleaned, rolled (never folded), wrapped to protect it from moisture and handling, and packed for safe transit. Smaller textiles and collectible pieces are wrapped and boxed appropriately.
Timing
We typically dispatch within a few business days of confirming an order. Transit time then depends on the destination and method — we'll give you a realistic estimate and tracking once your piece is on its way.
Insurance & tracking
Shipments are sent with tracking, and we arrange insured delivery so your piece is covered in transit. We'll share the tracking details as soon as it ships.
Duties & customs
Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare shipments accurately and provide the documents customs may require. If you'd like an estimate before buying, just ask.
