Are your rugs handmade?
Yes. We curate handmade and culturally meaningful pieces — we do not sell machine-made rugs. We document and explain each piece honestly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide, with tracking and insured delivery. See our Shipping page for details, or ask us for an estimate to your country.
How do prices work?
Many pieces are listed as "Request Price." Reach out about any piece and we will share availability and price, and answer any questions.
Can I see more photos or a video before buying?
Always. Ask about a piece and we will send additional photos and video, including the back, ends, and any wear.
Can you help me choose a rug for my space?
Yes. Send your room size, colours, and budget through Request Selection and we will prepare a small, suitable selection.
Do you provide an authenticity certificate?
We document origin, material, technique, and condition for every piece, and a certificate is available on request where applicable.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is arranged directly with us, typically by bank transfer or a secure payment link. Ask us for the options available to you.
What is your returns policy?
For orders delivered within Türkiye, we accept returns of unused pieces within our return window. Orders shipped outside Türkiye are final and cannot be returned, so we help you decide with confidence first through detailed photos, video, and honest descriptions. In all cases, if a piece arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us right away and we will make it right. See our Returns page for details.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. We declare shipments accurately and provide the documents customs may need.
