Persian is a tradition, not a certificate. The name covers city workshops that weave fine, curvilinear designs on cotton or silk foundations, and tribal and village weavers whose work is bolder, coarser, and often more personal. Both can be excellent. Neither is automatically valuable.
What matters is checkable: how the rug is made, what it is made of, its exact size, and its condition. That is what we document for every piece, and where a detail cannot be verified, the record says so instead of guessing.
